http://www.sapphiresteel.com/Using-SQL-Server-With-A-Rails says something about an ADO.rb being in the download zip file, but i don't see it there. So I tried to proceed without it and got this error popup:
"The path to the SQL Server command utility does not exist: C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft SQL Server\\90\\Tools\\Binn\r\n\r\nPress Retry to return to database settings/details form"
I'm running 64bit Windows 7, so the osql.exe is 64bit and lives in C:\\Program Files. And I'm uing version 100, not 90. Is there a way to fix the project wizard so it looks in the right places?
I found work arounds, and had to change SQL express to Mixed Mode, but I'm still getting this error:
Msg 50000, Level 16, State 127, Server ULYSSES\SQLEXPRESS, Line 42
Database creation failed
