I forgot to say that the file ActivityLog.xml doesn't exists in this path.

We know about this one and we've fixed it in our latest bug-fix release (available in the next day or so).
You can stop this message by turning off the IntelliSense completion list display when a first character is typed by going to Tools | Options | ActionScript | IntelliSense and unchecking 'Show completion list after a character is typed'.
The error message is actually from a bug inside Visual Studio 2010 itself which doesn't have any effect - but it is annoying.
