Don't see rails project after installation only IronRuby

I have just tried a large number of variations on installing sapphiresteel from the all-in-one distribution.  With all of them I end up only with IronRuby project templates (console and windows app).  I checked this forum and noticed that on Sept 12 2008 hkrishnan raised the same issue - there was no solution at that time.  His post has been read 1111 times!!!!  So the problem must be VERY frequent.  I am at the point of giving up with this product (which is a pity, because I think it may be quite good, if I can get it to import and create rails projects).  Can someone - preferably a developer who may be able to fix the problem at source pls help.

Yes, before you ask, I did not download and install the IronRuby version.

Are you installing on the D: drive? Is this a variation on the problem reported here and, if so, does the suggested solution fix it?
