Serial numer and # User Name

Hmmm,

Having been impressed sufficiently to purchase this product for our development team I require three items to fully enable the product.

1.  The key file - This is not a problem as it was emailed to me and is clearly identified on my share it account page!
2.  My serial number? this is not on the account page.  is it the number starting # after the product name?
3.  My user name is this the Licensed to: field, my share it login name . . .?

any help would be appreciated.  Having tried a number of wrong combinations do i now need to re-install the product?

I must have fallen foul of the user name not being eight chars long.

Anyway can't get it to work at all.
